Editing My Account Information To view and edit your account information, sign into My Account and click on the links under "Account Info" on the Welcome page. This will bring you to a centralized set of tools that will allow you to easily edit your Email address, change your password, manage your Address Book, or update Email subscription settings.

» Go there now Forgot Your Password? If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the My Account log-in screen. On the next screen, enter your E-mail address and we'll send a a link and instructions for resetting your password.

» Go there now Editing Your Password

• Click on the "Edit Email Address or Password" link in the Account Info section on the Welcome page of My Account.
• Enter your current password in the proper field under "Change Password."
• Enter your new password (consisting of 6 or more characters) in the next field.
• Type your new password again in the next field to verify it.
• Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

» Go there now Editing Your Email Address

• Click on the "Edit Email Address or Password" link in the Account info section on the Welcome page of My Account.
• Enter your new Email address in the proper field under "Email Address."
• Type your new Email address again in the next field to verify it.
• Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

» Go there now Viewing The Status Of An Order

• Click on the "View Order Status" link in the Orders section on the Welcome page of My Account.
• Type the order number into the "Order #" field and click the "GO!" button. This will display the specific order, along with all of its shipping and item details, including order status. (Note: Alternately, you may simply browse through your list of orders to find a specific one.)

» Go there now Managing Your Address Book To manage your address book, click on the "Manage Your Address Book" link in the Account Info section on the Welcome page of My Account. From here you can:

• Create a new address
• Edit an existing address
• Delete an existing address

To create a new address:

• Fill out the "Add A New Address" form.
• Click the "Save" button.

To edit or delete any of your existing address:

• Click on the corresponding link (either "Edit" or "Delete") below the saved address you’d like to edit or delete.

» Go there now Viewing And Updating Email Subscription Settings:

• Click on "View & Update Email Subscription Settings" in the Account Info section on the Welcome page of My Account.
• On the next page, check any box to receive the corresponding communications. (Note: Checked boxes indicate communications you have previously signed up to receive.)
• Click the "Save Preferences" button at the bottom of the page.
