I actually think the design and appearance of this product is very nice. It is well built, a little bit overpriced, but if you are interested in looks I would go for it. However I cannot get my older cat to use the scratching post on it. The younger one, who is actually still a kitten, will use it from time to time. I have even tried to rub cat nip in it and she still won't use it and that is half the reason I wanted it. The two cats would sit on it on and off when I first got it, now no one is even using it. Not sure why. My older cat is acting differently because of the new kitten, so this could be part of it. Time will tell.

Service and delivery comments:

The delivery was so fast on this product I could not even believe it, I think I ordered it on a Tuesday and received it on a Friday! And yes it did arrive in excellent condition.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
