My dog was trained in one day. She uses it all the time. My cat even uses it as I have a high bed. I thought the quality was great and it looks good in the room. I am very pleased

This product look nice. But, it is very tall and the steps are narrow so when your pet goes to get off the bed it is a very steep angle. My dog is medium size (57 lbs) and in very good shape, but he was very reluctant to go down the 3-steps because of the angle. I assembled this product, but we don't even use it.

It took a while for Tucker to get up the courage to use these steps, even though she goes up and down stairs easily.

If you're looking for a dark wood product that will go well with real quality wood furniture, these steps will do. HOWEVER, if you're looking for true wood construction and craftsmanship, this item IS NOT it. Let's just say it's something one would expect to see at the typical discount store. [...] Not worth the dollars I spent. I would give it a value far less than the cost paid.

The steps have made my Labs life much easier and mine too. They are very sturdy and even more attractive than the picture depicts.
