We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Comments about Midwest Pets Guinea Habitat:
We are using this habitat for two adult guinea pigs. It offers plenty of room for them to eat/drink in one end of the cage, and have the rest of the large cage to run around and have little hideaways and tubes to run through.
Especially nice about this habitat is how easily our children can watch the pigs as well as pet them while they are in the habitat, and also pick them up easily and safely to hold them or to play with them on the floor. In contrast, we had previously been using a very large cage with two platforms at either end. But this construction didn't give the pigs much room to run around, and it made it difficult to find a good place to feed them, and also it was hard to see them or pick them up. The pigs and the family have been so much happier with this new habitat. We love it.

I own a total of 3 of these cages now. A great alternative to a C&C cage for a guinea pig. One cage has plenty of space for a large guinea pig or two small ones. The cages line well with towels and fleece [my choice bedding for guinea pigs].
A downside I've found is that one of my guinea pigs finds the canvas edging on the sides of the base to be a very yummy treat.
Service and delivery comments:
I had no service issues with my first purchase of two cages. The service with the third cage was quite horrible. I received an email saying had been shipped but the day after it was suppose to arrive, the tracking site still stated that no shipping had actually happened. Supposedly the warehouse storing the cage had not shipped it on account that the lid for the cage was not in stock. It was in stock the day I called and yet they had not shipped either piece out [both needed to be shipped together or something]. The customer service said it would ship out the next day. I never received any kind of email confirmation about this. 5 days later, both pieces arrived and they had been shipped separately despite the customer service's insistence that both pieces had to be shipped together and that's why the items hadn't shipped in the first place...
