Unfortunately, our dog chewed through the mesh part of the end flap on the first night of vacation. He sleeps in a metal wire mesh crate at home and has never had any chewing issues so we're chalking it up to the new (strange) crate and the different surroundings. However, I don't think I feel good about recommending this to anyone whose dog is a chewer or is not used to being crated.

We use this crate for our Wheaten Terrier, Murphy. It is used for occasional kenneling during short times when we are not at home. It is also used for "down time" for Murphy. Murphy loves his crate and sleeps in it most nights. This crate was very easy to assemble, but is also very easy to fold down and transport. I would highly recommend this product.
