We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Comments about LitterMaid LME9000 Elite Mega Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box:
Unit is attractive, but poorly designed. Despite ads stating motor is stronger, it is like the motors on the older Littermates I've used for years. It IS NOT for multi-cat households, not more than 1-2 max. The motor casing is attached to the rake, moving with it as tries to remove waste, so there's actually 4-5" LESS room for the cat inside the pan - because the motor/rake do not retract from the pan area. Also, the pan slants upward for about 5" where the rake is supposed to sweep the waste into the receptacle, further reducing the cat's usable area. \n\nThere are many separate parts to assemble, leaving small spaces that the rake dumps litter through as it drags extra litter with the waste, which falls at the edge of, into the waste container + between the cracks, ending up beneath the unit in piles. (It's obvious a cat owner did not design this.) Totally a pain to use and clean up, plus it hangs up all the time with waste stuck behind and between the steel rake tines. You have to listen for the motor hanging so you can go fix, clean and reset the unit. I don't leave the house without disconnecting it.\n\nStay with the old model that is a one-piece unit and buy one for each cat! This model is a huge pain. Bummer!

Had to spray some WD-40 to lubricate the rake, but worked after that.
