We used this kennel to ship a dog across the United States, but I'm sure the new owner of the dog will continue to use it for kenneling the dog at their home. We are a municipal dog shelter/rescue---thought these were great at first appearance,,,then found that they were too flimsy and poor quality materials---a pomerainian destroyed the new door in an hour,,,the walls and top are paper thin and won't hold up to a standard dog----NEVER would we recomend these for airline travel or to our freinds in dog rescue---

Full surround ventilation good. The inside has no protruding parts to chew on. Sturdy door prevents dog from escaping and getting leg or snout caught in the door. Easy to clean. I've tried many kennels and this one is the best.

I bought this kennel to replace a collapsable wire crate my taller dog grew out of. I haven't had to travel with or move this kennel around yet so i can't speak to how that will work out but i'm certainly very pleased with it so far. it's actually a perfect fit as "home base" for my dog because she is tall but slender. the dimensions on this kennel allowed me to get her the right size crate, which she can stand comfortably in, but it doesn't take up too much floor space, it's pretty narrow, compared to a standard collapsable crate.
