We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. My 12 yrs old dal loves her new thermo-bed, I wish it was thicker. I had to keep her old "fluffy" bed and put the new thermo-bed on top to satisfy her. I know the heat feels good on her joints, but a thicker bed would be more supportive on her legs.
