We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." this bed is not as good as the one I bought originally from the same manufacturer. the only thing I can use from this thing is the heater. The previous version is much nicer. My cat after usine the original will not use this one with the pillow. when the heater goes on the original I can make use of the heater from this one. very disappointed.

I bought 2 of these at the same time, thinking I would get 2 identical products, one for each of my cats. They look identical from the outside, but each one is a completely different design. The padding and location of the heating element is completely different in each one. The cats love one of them, but won't touch the other.
