We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." My older dog has been using a pet warmer for about 3 years and the element stopped working. I was happy to find the exact replacement because the temperature of the radiant heat was always perfect - NEVER over heated. My pet's safety was my greatest concern. I have felt it each night for years and this brand was NEVER hot, just warm to keep the pet comfortable but does not harm the animal. The description seems to imply that their is an adjustable thermostat. The thermostat is built into the unit and cannot be adjusted. There is no on/off switch. The element radiates heat through the padding in the pet warmer (which I place on his bed). This replacement fits the bed warmer exactly and I've had it for one month with no problems. I do wish the cord was a bit longer. If you choose to unplug it during the day, when you plug it back in, it takes about 20 minutes to radiate through the pet warmer padding.

I have a 13-year-old cat who has always been small and thin and gets cold easily. She loves this bed warmer. I pretty much keep it on all the time and the previous one I bought lasted about 2-3 years.
