I bought a cat and a dog version of this product. The containers look great together and are well-made.
One minor drawback is that they are a bit oversize for smaller pets ie. I don't buy huge bags of food since my dog is only 8 lbs and I don't like storing dog food for that long. Plus the scoops that come with the pails are ENORMOUS and not useful for toy to medium size dogs (or for cats).
Because of the extra space, instead of emptying the bag of dog food directly into the container, I just put the bag itself inside the pail and that works for me. It's also useful to keep the bag as a reference for any pet food recalls.

Love these! I have the dog and cat bins, and they hold PLENTY of food! I have a French Bulldog and two cats, and both bins seem to easily hold 3 regular bags of food, each. The scoop inside is also durable and cute. And they're so pretty, they blend in with the rest of the house's decor!
