I gave this toy to my 7 month old mini dachshund and within 5 minutes she had broken through the plastic. It states that it is not a 'chew toy' but I was surprised that the damage a little dog could do so quickly. I had to throw it away the same day I received my package in the mail. It was also much larger than I was expecting and is better suited for larger dogs.
