We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Comments about Celltei Paws Winter Series Pet Carrier:
I wanted this bag to take my dog places incognito. It works very well for that. I like how compact it is (I got the small size) and it's flexible without being floppy; my dog is very well-supported and the bag doesn't collapse on him. I was disappointed with the inside 'faux fur' - it isn't very high quality and isn't plush as I thought it might be. The corduroy and faux fur do attract dog hair very easily, so cleaning will be an issue. The bag is very well made and the pockets for human/dog things are spacious and snap with magnetic closures. There is also a large zippered pocket in back. This was my first Celltei and although it was very expensive I feel it was worth it - no other bag I've owned has been so well constructed or discreet. You can take your dog anywhere and no one will know, complete and safe privacy.
Service and delivery comments:
Customer service was very helpful. Shipping was via FedEx and it arrived on a Saturday, which was awesome! I had to call for confirmation of shipping - no email was ever received saying the item had shipped - but the product arrived within 7-10 days.
